Do you offer print outs? Is there a limit to how many photos we can print during the event?

Of course! What's a photobooth without the fun printout? With the Lush and Plush packages, your guests will have access to take an unlimited amount of photos that they can print out as a keepsake. After the event, your guests will also have access to view their photos online for free download. #legit

What type of camera is used to capture the images?

At SnapShack we FULLY believe in quality. There are few things worse than an awesome capture ruined by poor quality prints. For this reason, our booths snap great pics using a high market DSLR camera to ensure the best quality for your photo and print out. Since we prioritize quality, you'll be able to have any image printed as a standard 4x6 size and ever larger through our website if you wish.

What type of events can you support?

Nothing is off the table. We can support Weddings, birthdays, corporate events, bachelorette's, animal birthdays (you laugh, but we've seen this done), grand openings, marathons, etc. 

Do you offer different layout and templates?

Absolutely! Choose to print either 4x6 or 2x6 images. We also provide the option to select from multiple templates for the design of your print out - this provides you the option to customize the font, color and text.

HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN FIT IN THE BOOTH?

As many as you like! The beauty of having an open air photobooth means there's no wall restriction.

How much space is required for setup?

We request at min a 6' x 6' x 8' area to set up the booth; however, a 10' x 10' x 10' is preferred - give those guests some elbow room!

Is there an option to create photos and video?

Yes! Guests will have the option to record a video, create a GIF, or add fun photos to your events online photo album/Hastag

What if our guests are having the time of their lives in the photobooth and we want to keep you longer than originally booked?

We're keen to keeping the party going! Simply let your attendant know and we'll add time to the clock. Each additional hour may be purchased for $125. Likewise, if you want to deduct an hour from you package pre-event, we can deduct an hour and decrease the price by $125.

How does it work?

Simple! You hop in front of the live view photobooth (props optional), select photo or video, strike a pose/smile big, and blam! You've completed your contribution to making things fun. (Feel free to repeat process as much as you wish - there's no such thing as too many photos)

How far in advance do we need to book?

Truly, the sooner the better. Dates book up fast so we recommend locking your date at least a full month in advance.

Payment Options?

We process all payments securely through PayPal so feel free to pay as you please :)

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, we do! There is a $200 deposit required to secure your date. All deposits are non-refundable and will go towards your final payment.

We were looking at another photobooth and we were quoted $400 for 3 hours, can you match that?

Nope! We're firm believers in you get what you pay for. Not to say that other vendors aren't as awesome as we are, though that is still in debate… we simply know that the comparison is not apples to apples. At the end of it all, we just want you to be happy with your selected booth for the event. After all, these are mementos that you can't necessarily redo. So please, be weary of who you book for your event. Do as much research as you can on the different services offered. We've heard a plenty of stories about hidden fees being added unexpectedly, companies arriving late, attendants that are rude/unprofessional and always on their phones, poor quality photos, etc. We aim to make our photo booth experience an option that's truly worth the investment.

DO YOU OFFER A PAYMENT PLAN?

Yes! We understand that it can be easier to pay for your service in installments, therefore, we offer payment plans that best suit your needs according to timeline and package purchased. However, please note, all payments made within the plan are non-refundable.

CAN WE ADD A LOGO OR IMAGE TO THE PRINTS?

Undoubtedly. Make your prints more personal by adding your own touch such as event name, date or even your company logo.

OUTDOOR OPTION?

You betcha! With our booths, there is no constraint of location (weather permitting). Only requirement is a 120V power outlet to make the magic happen.
